CPU的供给端亦面临着极限承压。 摩根大通数据显示英特尔先进制程产能利用率已达120%-130%的超载状态，台积电先进封装产能瓶颈更将CPU交付周期从正常的8-10周拉长至24周以上。

根据KeyBanc数据显示，由于超大规模云服务商“扫货”，英特尔与AMD在2026全年的服务器CPU产能已基本售罄。为了应对供需极端失衡并确保后续供应稳定， 两家公司均计划将服务器CPU价格上调10-15%。
