RECIPE: Pan-Roasted Green Beans w Pancetta & Parm 🤎 (Serves 4) 1 pound green beans 4oz diced pancetta 4oz Parmigiano Instructions: -Add pancetta to a cold sauté pan, place on low heat and allow the fat to render out and the pancetta to get crispy. -Remove & set aside crispy pancetta, add green beans to pan and toss in about 2 tbsp of the pancetta fat. -Roast at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. -Garnish with crispy pancetta, freshly grated parm and black pepper. #holidayrecipe #easyr
