Fat loss and weight loss in menopause without a GLP1 is possible but it is NOT just one thing, it’s all the things. And I thought I WAS doing all the things but until I got in a moderate deficit and stayed there nothing worked. It has been a 3 year non linear journey. I am not anti-GLP1’s. I think for many it may be the answer. I just want women to know 2 things: 1. it is in fact possible 2. Rapid weight loss always comes with a downside.
